All Sales Final
Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason other than damaged or incorrect items received.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Your claim must include your order number and clear photographs of the damage or incorrect item. Approved claims will receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for fulfillment. Contact our support team immediately at hello@biovivepeptides.com to request a cancellation.
Quality Guarantee
Every product ships with a third-party Certificate of Analysis (COA) verifying purity and identity. If you have concerns about product quality, contact us with your order number and batch/lot number from your COA documentation.
